OBJECTIVE: In this study, New Zealand white rabbits were fed orally by L-Arabian produced by Tang Chuan (Biotechnology) Co., Ltd. while rabbits were fed with high-sugar and high-fat diet. The effect of L-arabinose on inhibition Dyslipidemia caused by high-fat diets and the role of fat fats. Provide scientific data for the application of L-arabinose to prevent obesity and the complications caused thereby. Methods: Thirty-two New Zealand white rabbits weighing 1.8-2.0kg were randomly divided into groups A, B and C, each group had 8 rats in each group. A group of 1.24g / d, B group 1.11g / d oral dose of L-arabinose intervention. The experiment lasted for 3 months. At the end of the experiment, rabbits were sacrificed by carotid blood and the blood serum was separated and the blood lipid level was measured by Beckman automatic biochemical analyzer, including total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) Kidney fat around, weighing and calculating fat index. Results: The results of biochemical tests showed that the level of TG in rabbits fed L-arabinose high dose group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05), TC level was 17% lower than that in control group, but the difference was not significant The index results showed that the rabbits fat index of the two dose groups was significantly lower than the experimental control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: 1.24g / d dose of L-arabinose can effectively reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels, while being able to effectively inhibit rabbit body fat accumulation, reduce the fat index.
