大体积混凝土浇筑因其特殊的结构规格尺寸,在浇筑和养护的过程中,水泥水化热散发困难,使得浇筑后内部温度出现大幅升高,而养护后期又会相应的降温。在温度升高、降低的过程中,混凝土结构会有先膨胀、后收缩的变化,容易产生大量裂缝,严重的会降低大体积混凝土的受力性能,影响其使用功能。本文以大型基础施工为例,详细介绍了稳定性要求高的大体积混凝土浇筑、养护施工技术。
Mass concrete pouring due to its special structural size specifications, in the pouring and curing process, cement hydration heat emission difficulties, making the internal temperature after pouring a substantial increase, while conservation will be the corresponding post-cooling. During the process of temperature increase and decrease, the concrete structure expands first and shrinks later, which will easily produce a large number of cracks, which will seriously reduce the stress performance of mass concrete and affect its function. Taking large-scale foundation construction as an example, this paper introduces in detail the construction and maintenance technology of mass concrete pouring with high stability requirements.
