采用微乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、带活性有机硅预聚体为单体,K2S2O8作为引发剂,OP-10和SDS作为复合乳化剂,合成了有机硅-丙烯酸酯微乳液,结果表明,有机硅单体参与了有效聚合;当反应温度为80℃时,乳化剂浓度为2%,引发剂浓度为0.2%,搅拌速率为70~100r/min,反应3h,单体转化率可达到70%以上,得到稳定的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯微乳液,其平均粒径为46nm。
The microemulsion polymerization method was used to synthesize butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), activated silicone prepolymer as monomer, K2S2O8 as initiator, OP-10 and SDS as complex emulsifier The results showed that the organosilicon monomer participated in the effective polymerization.
