马铃薯病毒检测中DAS-ELISA的改进及注意问题

分别采用改进的DAS ELISA和常规DAS ELlSA法同时对主要马铃薯病毒 (PVX、PVY、PVS、PVM和PLRV)进行检测 ,其检测结果完全一致 ,且其灵敏度也基本相同。局部改进的DAS ELISA方法简便、快速 ,成本更低 ,适合于种薯生产中大量样品的马铃薯病毒的快速检测

The main potato viruses (PVX, PVY, PVS, PVM and PLRV) were detected simultaneously with the improved DAS ELISA and the conventional DAS ELSA method. The results of the detection were identical and their sensitivity was basically the same. The locally modified DAS ELISA method is simple, rapid and less costly for rapid detection of a large number of potato viruses in seed production
