This article compares the structural, chemical and optoelectronic properties of three types of lead-free lead sulphide films. The difference between these types of films is the difference in the amount of oxidizer used in the deposition. The film is a granular structure, the density of the particles decreases as the concentration of oxidant increases. There is no important relationship between the normal chemical components containing oxygen and the use of oxidants. Photosensitive films can be used sensitization centers to illustrate that this sensitization center only when the use of oxidants, but they are not just related to the presence of oxygen. Physical recognition of sensitization centers has not yet been determined, but may be related to the film structure.
