本文提出了一种与微束等离子弧主电源同步的分频控制脉冲焊方法。它可以很方便地将普通微束等离子弧焊机改装成高质量的,频率为25~50Hz 脉冲微束等离子弧焊机。焊接试验表明,这种方法能有效地提高0.20毫米以下薄壁焊接波纹管的焊接质量稳定性。
In this paper, we propose a frequency-controlled pulse-welding method that is synchronized with the main power of the micro-arc plasma arc. It can easily be ordinary micro-plasma arc welder converted into high-quality, frequency 25 ~ 50Hz pulse micro-beam plasma arc welder. Welding tests show that this method can effectively improve the welding quality of thin-walled welded bellows below 0.20 mm.
