目的:探讨高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、维生素B_(12)(VitB_(12))和叶酸含量变化的临床意义。方法:CENTAUR XP型全自动化学发光仪检测血清HCY、VitB_(12)和叶酸的含量,Sysmex XE2100型全自动血细胞分析仪检测红细胞计数和血红蛋白含量。结果:HAPC患者血清HCY水平升高,而血清VitB_(12)和叶酸含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且HAPC患者血清HCY与VitB_(12)及叶酸的含量显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:HAPC患者血清VitB_(12)和叶酸的缺乏与HCY的代谢异常密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum homocysteine (HCY), vitamin B 12 (VitB 12) and folic acid in patients with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC). Methods: The contents of serum HCY, VitB_ (12) and folic acid were detected by CENTAUR XP automatic chemiluminescence analyzer. The erythrocyte count and hemoglobin content were detected by Sysmex XE2100 automatic hematology analyzer. Results: Serum HCY levels were elevated in patients with HAPC, while serum levels of VitB_ (12) and folic acid were significantly decreased (P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between serum levels of HCY and VitB_ (12) and folic acid in patients with HAPC P <0.01). Conclusion: The lack of serum VitB 12 and folic acid in HAPC patients is closely related to the abnormal metabolism of HCY.
