新中国成立60周年前夕,党的十七届四中全会在北京闭幕。这次全会的一个重要议程是审议通过《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》。办好中国的事情,关键在党。十七届四中全会以求真务实的精神、直面现实的勇气,针对当前党的建设中的重点难点,勾勒出一幅具有可操作性的党建路线图。县供电企业纷纷响应中央这一精神和上级党组织要求,积极加强各个党支部的建设。为了展示县供电企业党支部建设现状和水平,策划本期专题。
On the eve of the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee concluded in Beijing. An important agenda of this plenary session is the deliberation and approval of the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning Strengthening and Improving the Party Building under the New Situation.” It’s up to The communist party to do thing well in China. In the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) directly confronts the courage of reality and gives an operable roadmap of party building in light of the key and difficult points in the party’s current construction. County power supply enterprises have responded to the spirit of the Central Committee and higher Party organizations, and actively strengthen the construction of all branches. In order to demonstrate the current situation and level of party branch construction in county power supply enterprises, this special issue is planned.
