本文将20钢试样在铸铁浴中进行不同温度和时间的渗碳,用金相法测定层深,根据公式:ρ2=koτ·e-Q/RY对碳的激活能(Q)进行计算.结果表明:试样在1270℃的铸铁液中保留30秒,渗碳层达0.25mm;在1300℃的铸铁液中保留30秒,渗碳层达O.27mm。且与气体渗碳法相比激活能下降近41%。
In this paper, 20 steel samples were carburized at different temperatures and times in a cast iron bath, and the depth of layer was determined by the metallographic method. The activation energy (Q) of carbon was calculated according to the formula: ρ2 = koτ · e-Q / RY. The results show that the sample is retained in cast iron solution at 1270 ℃ for 30 seconds and the carburized layer reaches 0.25mm. 27mm. Compared with the gas carburizing method, the activation energy decreased nearly 41%.
