各地方半导体行业主管部门,各地方半导体行业协会,各半导体企业:中国半导体行业协会受信息产业部电子信息产品管理司的委托,对国务院18号文和国办函[2001]51号文发布以来的最新产业发展态势,国内半导体企业在投资、技术、产品、人才、企业改制等方面的现状与今后发展动向,“十五”规划的实施情况等进行调研。通过本次调研,一方面为政府部门落实半导体产业发展规划和制定政策提供第一手材料并提出相应的政策建议,另一方面也为企业建设新的项目、确定产品方向提供依据,同时为排定中国半导体产业十强做准备。

Through this survey, on the one hand, government departments to provide first-hand materials and make policy recommendations for the implementation of the development plan and policy formulation of the semiconductor industry; on the other hand, it also provides the basis for enterprises to establish new projects and determine the product direction, China’s top ten semiconductor industry to prepare.
