党的十八届四中全会做出《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,吹响了法治中国的号角。从中国人民共和国第一部宪法诞生至今已有60多年的历史,宪法作为国家的根本大法,对于人民权利的保护,国家、社会的稳定发挥着无可替代的重要作用。本文从我国宪法的发展历史为切入点,理清了依法治国与依宪治国的关系,阐明了如何实现依宪治国,并指明了依宪治国对于夯实法治中国的宪法基础、开创中国特色社会主义法治道路的重大意义。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law,” and has sounded the horn of the rule of law in China.
