选用雄性Wistar大鼠4只.取单侧肾动脉进行高压灌流,电镜比较灌流肾与非灌流肾肾乳头间质细胞(RIC)内所含颗粒的变化。非灌流肾RIC颗粒平均直径0.52±0.17μm,颗粒大小分布曲线变动幅度较大,峰值位于0.4~0.5μm之间,其中可见直径达1μm以上的粗大颗粒,平均密度为24.9±1.0个/1000μm2。两组相比,RIC颗粒的大小、数量均有显著差异。本实验从形态学上进一步证实动脉高压促使Medullipin-I分泌的学说。
Four male Wistar rats were used. The unilateral renal artery was subjected to hyperbaric perfusion, and electron microscopy was used to compare the changes of the particles contained in the peritoneal mesangial cells (RIC). The average diameter of non-perfused renal RIC particles was 0.52 ± 0.17μm, and the variation of particle size distribution curve was larger with a peak value of 0.4 ~ 0.5μm. The coarse particles with diameters of 1μm and above were visible with an average density of 24 .9 ± 1.0 pieces / 1000 μm2. Compared with the two groups, the size and number of RIC particles were significantly different. This experiment further confirmed the theory of arterial hypertension to promote Medullipin-I secretion theory.
