胆固醇酯转运蛋白(cholesteryl ester transfer protein,CETP)在胆固醇的逆向转运中起着关键作用,CETP基因变异可导致脂质代谢异常,一些由于脂质代谢异常导致的疾病也与CETP基因变异有关,而他汀类药物能通过抑制胆固醇合成而调节脂质代谢。本文重点阐述CETP基因单核苷酸多态影响他汀类药物调脂效应的最新研究进展。
Cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) plays a key role in the reverse transport of cholesterol. CETP gene mutation can lead to abnormal lipid metabolism. Some diseases caused by dyslipidemia are related to CETP gene mutation. Statins regulate lipid metabolism by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis. This article focuses on the CETP gene single nucleotide polymorphisms affect statin drug regulation effect of the latest research progress.
