本文介绍一种筛选、鉴别和定量测定尸体血液中吗啡、二氢吗啡酮、可待因、氧呵酮以及二氢可待因酮的灵敏、重现性好和相当专一的方法。先将药物吸附在悬浮的XAD2树脂上,然后用混合有机溶剂洗脱,使药物从全血中分离出来。树脂提取液的一部分用放射免疫测定筛选吗啡及有关的交叉反应化合物,而同一提取液的剩余部分则用气相色谱氮磷检测器进行分析,此法常用于法医毒检工作。由于缺少二氢可待因酮中毒血液浓度方面的资料,本文介绍了与此药物有关的两名死者中毒检验的结果。
This article presents a sensitive, reproducible and reasonably specific method for screening, identifying, and quantifying morphine, hydromorphone, codeine, oxycodone, and hydrocodone in corpses blood. The drug is first adsorbed on the suspended XAD2 resin and then eluted with a mixed organic solvent to separate the drug from the whole blood. Part of the resin extract was screened for morphine and related cross-reactive compounds by radioimmunoassay, while the remaining portion of the same extract was analyzed by a gas chromatographic nitrogen-phosphorus detector, which is commonly used in forensic drug testing. Due to the lack of data on the blood concentration of hydrocodone poisoning, this article presents the results of the poisoning tests on two deceased persons associated with this drug.
