有人曾说二十一世纪公民应具备的五大基本功能即处理信息、学习、解决问题、全球意识与批判性思维,而且在现代的创新教育中也将对学生批判性思维的培养当作学校的一大主要教育目标,引导学生通过自己的眼睛去看世界,学会以批判性进行对外界事物的审视,采用一定的策略与方法,提高学生收集信息、筛选信息并进行批判的能力,进一步提高学生的综合素质。本文作者介绍了批判性思维产生的历史背景以及其概念特点,进而阐述了培养学生批判性思维的重要意义,并进一步探讨学术英语教学模式下对学生批判性思维的培养。
Some people once said that the five basic functions citizens should possess in the 21st century are handling information, learning and solving problems, global awareness and critical thinking.
