水坠砂法是处理地下水位较低砂层地基的最有效、最经济的方法之一,它能够有效解决砂层较厚地区低层房建工程对地基的要求。目前对于水坠砂法施工工艺没有一个科学明确的规范性技术标准,对其设计和施工均以经验为主,缺乏一定的制约和管理控制,在施工应用上存在着一定的困难,还需要通过不断的探索加以改进,还不能大范围的推广。本文将对水坠砂法在低层房建工程地基施工技术中的应用加以分析和探讨。
Water-falling sand method is one of the most effective and economical methods to deal with groundwater table with lower sand layer. It can effectively solve the foundation requirements for low-rise housing construction in thick sand area. At present, there is no scientific normative normative technical standard for the construction technology of water-falling sand method, and its design and construction are mainly based on experience, lack of certain restriction and management control, and there are some difficulties in construction application. Continuous exploration to be improved, can not be a wide range of promotion. This article will analyze and discuss the application of water falling sand method in the foundation construction technology of low-rise building projects.
