I. Project Overview Dongliu Hydropower Station is located in the junction of Zhenfeng and Zhenning at the lower reaches of Beipan River in the southwestern part of Guizhou Province. The project is mainly power generation. The installed capacity of the power station is 880MW and the designed annual generating capacity is 3.026 billion kW · h. The project scale is Large (Ⅱ) type.
