针对机车油压减震器的性能对于机车安全平稳运行的重要性,介绍了一种计算机控制的机车油压减震器性能测试系统。系统以计算机为核心,采用变频无极调速,闭环转速控制,通过曲柄连杆机构产生正弦激励,实现油压减震器各项性能的测试。其性能完全达到了铁道部的标准要求。
Aiming at the importance of locomotive hydraulic shock absorbers for the safe and stable operation of locomotives, a computer-controlled locomotive hydraulic shock absorber performance testing system is introduced. System to the computer as the core, the use of variable frequency stepless speed control, closed-loop speed control, sinusoidal excitation through crank connecting rod mechanism to achieve the performance of the hydraulic shock absorber test. Its performance fully met the Ministry of Railways standards.
