我厂加工的轧钢异形备件卸车机减速箱箱体两轴承孔需同心。由于两孔距离740mm,采用穿镗杆加工需后立柱,比较麻烦,测量时需将镗杆抽掉再测量,这样既增加了测量的困难,又影响加工质量和效率。针对这种情况我们采用了悬臂镗加工,由于镗杆伸出部位太长,镗杆自重而产生主轴下垂,不能保证两孔同心,且易产生振动。为解决这一难题,我们自制了一种空心镗杆(见图)。将镗杆挖空,焊接后再在外径上制成十字孔,这样既减轻了镗杆的自重,使镗杆不致下垂,又保证了同心度,而十字孔还能消除振动。

As the distance between the two holes is 740mm, it is troublesome to use the boring bar to process the post column, so the boring bar needs to be removed and then measured during the measurement. This not only increases the measurement difficulty but also affects the processing quality and efficiency. In view of this situation, we used a cantilever boring process, due to the boring bar extended parts too long, boring bar dead weight and the spindle sag, can not guarantee the two holes concentric, and easy to produce vibration. To solve this problem, we made a hollow boring bar (see photo). The boring bar is hollowed out and welded to form a cross hole on the outer diameter, so that the weight of the boring bar is reduced, the boring bar is prevented from sagging and the concentricity is ensured, and the cross hole can also eliminate vibration.
