儿童黑色素性Xp11.2易位性肾细胞癌1例图像分析

患者男,2岁。1岁时行超声检查示左肾下极,大小约13mm×11mm异常区,提示左肾囊肿。1年后复诊超声示左肾下极大小约35 mm×30 mm异常区,提示左肾混合占位。增强CT示“左肾下极良性占位,间叶性错构瘤?”遂于我院复查,超声所见:左肾下极大小约39mm×29mm×34mm,边界清,形态规则,似有包膜,内回声不均,实质部分内见不规则无回声区(图1),盆腹腔未探及明显异常淋巴 Male patient, 2 years old. 1 year old when ultrasound examination showed the left kidney, the size of about 13mm × 11mm anomalous area, suggesting left renal cysts. A year after the referral ultrasound showed left anterior inferior renal pelvis size of about 35 mm × 30 mm abnormalities, suggesting that the left kidney mixed placeholder. Enhanced CT showed “the left kidney under the extremely benign place, mesenchymal hamartoma?” Then in our hospital review, ultrasound findings: the left kidney under the great size of about 39mm × 29mm × 34mm, clear boundary, the rules of morphology, Like a capsule, the echo is uneven, see the real part of the irregular anechoic area (Figure 1), not found in the abdominal cavity and significantly abnormal lymphatic
