患者男,2岁。1岁时行超声检查示左肾下极,大小约13mm×11mm异常区,提示左肾囊肿。1年后复诊超声示左肾下极大小约35 mm×30 mm异常区,提示左肾混合占位。增强CT示“左肾下极良性占位,间叶性错构瘤?”遂于我院复查,超声所见:左肾下极大小约39mm×29mm×34mm,边界清,形态规则,似有包膜,内回声不均,实质部分内见不规则无回声区(图1),盆腹腔未探及明显异常淋巴
