一、身体姿态练习 1.基本身体姿态练习首先应让学生明确什么是正确的基本身体姿态:颈部伸直,下颌微收,沉肩挺胸,直背立腰,收腹收臀,收紧腿部肌肉,身体挺拔。要初步达到上面要求,可以采用下面练习方法。1)单、双手扶把杆:体会正确站立姿势。2)双手叉腰,上身保持正确的身体姿态,进行中国舞脚位(正步、八字步、丁字步、踏步、弓步、点步)练习。3)在正确的基本身体姿态下,进行手臂的基本位置(芭蕾手位)和基本动作(摆动、举、绕与绕环、波浪)练习。
