20世纪30年代,日本不断扩大对中国的侵略,中华民族面临生死存亡的严重危机。在大敌当前的形势下,国共两党放下政见分歧和意识形态的羁绊,先后就两党合作抗战问题进行了5次谈判,取得重大进展。但在红军改编的一些焦点问题上,双方进行了激烈的较量。在谈判中,中国共产党坚持独立自主的原则,将原则的坚定性和策略的灵活性结合起来,进退有据,措置裕如,顺利实现了红军的改编。红军改编的谈判,是军事谈判的一个成功范例,为新时期人民解放军加强自身建设和遂行多样化军事任务提供了宝贵的借鉴。 In the 1930s, Japan continuously expanded its aggression against China and the Chinese nation faced a serious crisis of life and death. Negotiations on the reorganization of the Red Army are a successful example of military negotiations and provide valuable lessons for the PLA in strengthening itself and carrying out diversified military tasks in the new era.
