地鼠大肠聚团杆菌感染及实验观察

第２５１医院动物中心于１９９３年２月从北京购进地鼠８０只，经饲养两月后开始产仔５６只，于４月１０日发病。发病潜伏期较短，发病前无明显的特殊变化，发病率与死亡率均高。发病后进行了病理学检查，实验室诊断以及动物实验，证明了此次地鼠发病死亡的主要原因是大肠聚团杆菌感染造成。大肠聚团杆菌广泛存在于自然环境中，当动物机体抵抗力下降时导致发病。发病后用氟胍酸治疗效果最佳，治疗时每只鼠日喂三次，每只每次喂服２５ｍｇ。也可溶于水瓶中为群体预防、可制止疾病蔓延。

The 251st Hospital Animal Center purchased 80 hamsters from Beijing in February 1993 and started giving birth 56 months after feeding for two months and became morbid on April 10.
