在管理体制改革过程中,有两个问题值得注意,现提出来供商榷。一是关于设置教学质量奖。学校规定在统测或升学考试中,凡班级学生平均成绩获区第一名至第三名者,或超过区平均水平、或校年级组第一……都能获重奖。我以为,此提法,如不正确引导,很可能是一根新的指挥棒。学校为了检验教师的质量,考试命题绝密,考后相互阅卷,以防“水份”。于是,教师之间竞争激烈,早自修晚补课,加重学生负担,违背教学规律,影响师生身心健康。设置
