建设法治国家,推行依法治国方略需要法治的不断完善。我国已经形成了社会主义法律体系,但是如何评价一个区域的法治环境状况却是一个难题。通过分析法治的价值和初步认识法治评价因素,探讨法治环境的内涵,初步设计一套符合现阶段国情的区域法律环境指标评价体系,以推动社会主义法治国家建设进程。
To build a country governed by law and to implement the strategy of governing the country according to law requires continuous improvement of the rule of law. China has formed a socialist legal system, but how to evaluate the environmental conditions of the rule of law in a region is a difficult problem. By analyzing the value of the rule of law and preliminary understanding of the evaluation of the rule of law, this paper discusses the connotation of the rule of law environment and preliminarily designs a set of evaluation system of regional legal environment indicators in line with the current stage of national conditions so as to promote the process of building a socialist country ruled by law.
