目的:探讨正畸力作用下大鼠牙周组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)的表达与分布及其在正畸牙移动过程中的作用和机制。方法:建立大鼠正畸牙移动模型,分别在受力24小时及168小时处死,制备左侧上颌第一磨牙及牙周组织的石蜡标本,采用免疫组织化学法进行检查;并与对照组比较。结果:bFGF在正畸组大鼠牙周组织中的表达明显强于对照组(P<0.01),受力168小时组bFGF表达的强度高于受力24小时组(P<0.05),同一时间内组,张力侧bFGF的表达高于压力侧(P<0.05)。结论:正畸牙移动过程中bFGF的表达增强,提示bFGF可能参与正畸牙移动,并更多地促进正畸牙牙周组织的修复重建。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in rat periodontal tissues under orthodontic force and its mechanism and mechanism during orthodontic tooth movement. Methods: The model of orthodontic tooth movement in rats was established. The rats were sacrificed 24 hours and 168 hours respectively to prepare paraffin specimens of the left maxillary first molars and periodontal tissues. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the paraffin specimens. . Results: The expression of bFGF in periodontal tissues of rats in orthodontic group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), and the intensity of bFGF expression in 168 hours stressed group was higher than that in 24 hours group (P <0.05) In the inner group, the expression of bFGF on the tension side was higher than on the pressure side (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of bFGF in orthodontic tooth movement is enhanced, suggesting that bFGF may participate in the orthodontic tooth movement and promote the repair and reconstruction of periodontal tissue more.
