作为社会经济效应突出的绿色新兴战略性产业,服务外包对于促进我国经济全面发展和转型具有重要意义。当前,中国已是全球第二大服务外包承接地,但是从产业发展水平和企业实力看,与主要发达国家及印度还存在较大差距,需要从技术创新体系的建立、推进国际外包市场的多元化、政策理念创新和工具创新,以及进一步优化服务外包产业生态环境等角度发展服务外包行业,从而推动我国经济增长模式向低碳经济转型。
As a green emerging strategic industry with prominent social and economic effects, service outsourcing is of great significance to promoting China’s all-round economic development and transformation. At present, China is already the second largest service outsourcing undertaking place in the world. However, judging from the level of industrial development and the strength of enterprises, there is still a big gap between China and other major developed countries and India. It is necessary to promote the diversification of the international outsourcing market from the establishment of a technological innovation system The innovation of policy ideas and innovation of tools, as well as the further optimization of the service outsourcing industry’s ecological environment and other aspects of the development of service outsourcing industry so as to promote the transformation of our country’s economic growth mode to a low-carbon economy.
