大叶冬青(苦丁茶,Ilex latifolia)用作利尿剂,治疗咽喉痛、高血压和减轻体重。曾报道从其叶和树皮中分离并鉴定出8种三萜皂苷。本次从树皮中又分离出2种新的三萜皂苷,命名为大叶冬青内酯
Large leaf holly (Ilex latifolia) is used as a diuretic to treat sore throat, high blood pressure and reduce weight. Eight triterpene saponins have been reported isolated and identified from their leaves and bark. Two new triterpene saponins were isolated from the bark and named as phyllophylline.
