由中华人民共和国卫生部妇幼卫生司和《中国妇幼保健管理》杂志编辑部共同举办的第一期妇幼保健论文及应用之写作学习班暨北方片部分省、市(县)的《中国妇幼保健管理》杂志通讯员扩大会议于1987年9月20～28日在河北省北戴河举行。来自北方片部分省、市(县)的《中国妇幼保健管理》杂志通讯员及县以上妇幼保健专业的学员70余人参加了学习。通讯员扩大会议主要讨论了通讯员与杂志的关系、通讯员的权利和义务、扩大杂志的发行等问题。学习班主要讲授了“我国妇幼保健事业进展”、“科技写作概论”、“写作常用标准分析与规范化要求”、“刊用文章体裁与写作”、“如何修改完善文稿”“来稿常见错误分析”、“妇幼保健专业刊用文章选题”、“妇幼保健专业论文写作特点”、“常用应用文(工作总结、
