1 前言近年来,光存储技术飞速发展,可写光盘(CD-R/DVD-R)作为可记录信息载体得到广泛的应用。可写光盘的复制工艺包括模压(基片)、旋涂(染料层)、溅镀(反射层)、涂保护胶(保护层)几个部分,图1显示了CD-R的多层膜结构。可写光盘的基片材料为聚碳酸酯,用注塑法成型,在成型同时复制出沟槽;染料层用旋转涂膜法制备;反射层由银靶或金靶用溅镀法制备;保护层一股采用UV树脂,用旋涂法成膜。
