本文总结了VLAP方案治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)22例,初步疗效较为满意,其中显效者16例(72.72%),良效者3例(13.64%),总有效率86.36%,无效者仅3例(13.61%),且其中2例临床良现也见好转。本方案具有疗效出现较块,无明显副作用,用药方法较简便等优点,并初步探讨了本方案的疗效机理。
This article summarizes the VLAP regimen in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in 22 cases, the initial effect is more satisfactory, of which 16 cases were markedly effective (72.72%), good effect in 3 cases (13.64%), the total effective rate 86.36% Only 3 cases were ineffective (13.61%), and 2 of them also improved in clinical well.
