Calcification seems to be a major factor in the spontaneous degeneration of biological valves. According to the report, the incidence of severe calcification varies from group to group, ranging from 63 to 79%. Calcification and placement time, Cipria-no other reports, less than 3 years of implantation of its spontaneous degeneration valve calcification 30%; 3 ~ 5 years was 82%; 5 years 96%. However, it is clear that calcification, though common, is not necessarily accompanied by spontaneous degeneration. According to the authors’ observation, all spontaneous degenerative valves have calcifications that are close to 50% of the torn or perforated areas. In severely calcified valves, calcium deposition was 71% at adjacent tears or perforations, suggesting that calcification is associated with tearing. In addition, 7% of spontaneous degenerative valve calcifications can affect valve opening
