回顾自己的工作经历,35年间就有20余年是搞文字工作,细而言之,其中10年就是直接任文字秘书。做文字工作之酸甜苦辣,之辛苦劳累,唯有圈内的同行才能真正了解、体会到。然而,苦累是一码事,经过苦累拿出的文字质量是否符合要求、能不能用又是另一码事。就个人的感受来说,对于需要大翻工的文稿,当事人大体有两种反映:一是愿意自己动手修改,但限于水平,也由于时限很紧,虽经修改,起色不大,文稿二次送出,并不一定能过关。二是不想再动脑筋,要改,请领导亲自动手。
After reviewing my work experience, I have worked in writing for more than 20 years in more than 35 years. In short, 10 years are direct secretary of writing. The ups and downs of writing work, the hard work and tired, only colleagues in the circle can truly understand and understand.
