要“无为”首先得“有为”。从“有为”到“无为”,这是一个飞跃,是企业由“必然王国”进入“自由王国”的飞跃。班子团结,形成全力,是实现“无为而治”的先决条件;千方百计提高职工素质,则是实行无为而治的基础。
To “do nothing” must first be “promising.” From “promising” to “doing nothing”, this is a leap forward and a leap forward for the enterprise from “the inevitable kingdom” to “the free kingdom.” The unity of our team and the all-out formation are the prerequisites for realizing “doing nothing for the sake of governing our country.” We must do our utmost to improve the quality of our staff and workers as the basis for practicing doing nothing.
