本文讨论了筒形零件反复胀形模具设计和有关参数的确定方法。试验研究表明,反复胀形方法可有效地改善筒形零件壁厚的均匀度,并使极限胀形高度比自由胀形提高10~56%。
This article discusses the repeated bulging mold design cylindrical parts and related parameters to determine the method. Experimental results show that the repeated bulging method can effectively improve the uniformity of the wall thickness of cylindrical parts and increase the ultimate bulging height by 10% to 56% compared with that of free bulging.
