目的比较阿托品扩瞳法与遮盖法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法应用阿托品扩瞳法治疗儿童弱视４５例５２眼，遮盖法治疗３８例４５眼。结果阿托品法治愈率为８２．６９％，遮盖法治愈率８２．２２％。两种方法在弱视类型、弱视程度、注视性质转变和立体视建立及疗程方面比较均无差异。结论阿托品扩瞳法对学龄儿童及合并调节性内斜、ＤＶＤ的弱视儿童尤为适用。
Objective To compare the efficacy of atropine mydriasis and masking to treat amblyopia in children. Methods Atropine mydriasis was used to treat 45 cases of amblyopia in 45 children and 38 cases of 45 eyes to cover the eye in children. Results atropine cure rate was 82.69%, cover cure rate 82.22%. There was no difference between the two methods in the types of amblyopia, the degree of amblyopia, the change of gaze and stereopsis establishment and course of treatment. Conclusion Atropine pupil dilation method is especially suitable for school-age children and children with amblyopia with accommodative esotropia and DVD.
