Objective To apply the method of 1: 1 matched case-control study to explore the current risk factors of lung cancer among farmers in Tangshan area and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of lung cancer in rural areas. Methods Inpatients with primary lung cancer, selected farmers who engaged in agricultural production for a long time (more than 10 years), conducted a questionnaire survey. In contrast to non-tumor inpatient hospitalized patients with the same respiratory disease except the same hospital, the same gender, age difference of not more than 5 years of age, similar to the residence (at least the same county) as a condition, according to the principle of 1: 1 matching Long-term (more than 10 years) farmers engaged in agricultural production in contrast. Results After multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis, it was found that smoking, kang smoke ten years ago, long-term indoor coal burning, factories around the house 10 years ago, the cumulative exposure to pesticides, chronic bronchitis history, long-term life stress, excessive photo Marinated food may be a risk factor for lung cancer in Tangshan farmers; more intake of fruits and vegetables may be a protective factor for the incidence of lung cancer in Tangshan farmers. Conclusions ① Smoking, kang smoke 10 years ago, long-term indoor coal-fired, 10 years ago, there are factories around the house, the cumulative exposure to large doses of pesticides, chronic bronchitis, long-term life stress, excessive intake of preserved food may be Tangshan Farmers risk factors for lung cancer; ② more vegetables and fruits intake may be a protective factor for the incidence of lung cancer in farmers in Tangshan.
