冬小麦主要农艺性状的遗传研究,对于选配强优组合年和选育优良纯系品种,具有十分重要的意义。国内外有关小麦农艺性状研究的报道较多,但大多是用Griffing法来比较一般配合力和特殊配合力的,未能提供遗传模型,因而用遗传观点很难解释。本文试图从遗传观点来分析各性状的遗传模型,在符合其遗传模型情况下,确定选择某一性状的适宜世代,在早期预测研究群体各性状的育种潜力。期望能为育种工作者制定小麦育种策略提供理论依据。
The genetic studies on the main agronomic traits of winter wheat are of great significance for the selection of strong combination years and selection of excellent pure lines. There are many reports about the agronomic traits of wheat at home and abroad, but most of them use the Griffing method to compare the general combining ability and the special combining ability, and can not provide the genetic model. Therefore, it is difficult to explain with genetic viewpoint. This paper tries to analyze the genetic model of each trait from the perspective of inheritance and determine the appropriate generation of a trait according to its genetic model and predict the breeding potential of all traits in the early stage. The expectation can provide a theoretical basis for breeders to formulate wheat breeding strategies.
