在分析传统带隙基准源的基础上,设计了一种结构比较新颖的基准电压源,该电路具有静态电流小、温度系数好、功耗低、电源抑制比高和失调电压小等特点,可满足当前集成电路设计对基准电源的要求。基于0.3μm双极工艺库,采用Cadence的Spectre软件进行电路仿真。结果表明,该电路具有较低的电路功耗和良好的温度特性,其直流电源抑制比可达到92dB。
Based on the analysis of the traditional bandgap reference source, a novel reference voltage source is designed. The circuit has the characteristics of small quiescent current, good temperature coefficient, low power consumption, high power supply rejection ratio and small offset voltage. Satisfy the current IC design of the reference power requirements. Based on a 0.3μm bipolar technology library, Cadence Spectre software was used to simulate the circuit. The results show that the circuit has low power consumption and good temperature characteristics, the DC power supply rejection ratio can reach 92dB.
