新药立项管理是开展新药项目研发的起点,一套完善的立项体系能帮助制药企业筛选出优秀的新药项目,降低因盲目开展项目而产生的风险。从制药企业的角度出发,对新药项目立项的论证方法和如何建立规范化的立项流程进行了论述。
Project management of new drugs is the starting point for research and development of new drug projects. A well-established project establishment system can help pharmaceutical companies to screen out excellent new drug projects and reduce the risks arising from blindly carrying out projects. From the point of view of the pharmaceutical companies, this paper discusses the demonstration methods of establishing new drug projects and how to establish a standardized process of project establishment.
