在经济与科技不断发展的今天,人才综合素质已经成为衡量国家综合实力的关键。教育是培养人才的重要途径,学生是否能得到应有的培养和全面的发展,其中班级管理起到重要的作用。本文针对小学班主任管理工作的性质、特点以及出现的问题,进行深入探讨并提出一些合理化建议。
With the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the overall quality of qualified personnel has become the key to measuring the comprehensive strength of the country. Education is an important way to train talented people. Whether the students can get the proper training and all-round development, class management plays an important role. In this paper, based on the nature, characteristics and problems of supervisor work in primary school, we discuss in-depth and put forward some reasonable suggestions.
