家庭农场是以家庭成员为主要劳动力,融合科技、农业机械、资本等现代生产因素和现代经营理念,实行专业化生产、社会化协作和规模化经营的新型农业生产经营主体。在我国的农业生产方面,家庭承包经营制已经不再适合生产力和生产关系的发展的需求了,在家庭联产承包责任制下的小农生产方式已经跟不上生产社会化的需要。因此,本文认为应追求规模经济效率的最优,让家庭农场成为追求这一目标的最好的组织模式。
Family farms are family members as the main labor force, integrating science and technology, agricultural machinery, capital and other modern production factors and modern management concepts, the implementation of specialized production, social cooperation and large-scale operation of the new agricultural production and management of the main. In our country’s agricultural production, family contract-management system is no longer suitable for the development of productivity and production relations. The mode of production of small-scale farmers under the family contract responsibility system has not kept pace with the socialization of production. Therefore, this paper argues that the optimal economy of scale should be pursued and the family farms should be the best organizational model to pursue this goal.
