In order to actively support and promote the development of urban collective-owned enterprises, the provincial people’s government has formulated the “Provisions on the Development of Urban-owned Collective-owned Enterprises (Draft for Trial Implementation),” which are hereby being issued to you for serious study and trial. 人参皂甙具有细胞膜稳定性和抗炎作用[1],能改善急性心肌缺血所致的心脏舒张功能低于[2].而人参皂甙的对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响仍不明确,本研究拟观察不同浓度人参皂甙预处理和后处理对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制,为临床应用提供参考。
