面临融资难题,大型房地产公司多以增发股票,发行债券等手段应对;而中小房企则纷纷借道中国特有的产权市场谋求出路——据上海联合产权交易所公布的数据,今年1至9月,上海产权市场共成交项目1725宗,成交金额392.34亿元,同比增加37.24%。其中,房地产企业产权融资项目152宗,成交金额达151.75亿元,同比增长67.85%。房地产成为今年以来产权市场上交易最活跃的行业之一。
