目的测定德国小蠊对9种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,在监测基础上寻找治理对策。方法玻璃瓶药膜接触法。结果野外品系德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、甲基吡恶磷、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、残杀威、敌敌畏、毒死蜱的抗性系数分别为1.73~2.38,1.20~1.25,5.58~9.68,7.66~13.58,1.33~4.55,1.48~1.59,1.08~1.55,9.90~∞,1.02~2.52。结论同一地区不同单位由于用药品种及使用频率的差异,抗性状况也不一致,因此了解被防治单位的用药史对于防治工作非常重要。
Objective To determine the resistance of Blattella germanica to 9 kinds of commonly used insecticides and to find the control strategy based on the monitoring. Methods Glass bottle membrane contact method. Results The resistance coefficients of the wild species Blattella germanica to beta-cypermethrin, mefenpyram, permethrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, propoxur, dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos were 1.73-2.38 and 1.20-1.25 respectively , 5.58~9.68, 7.66~13.58, 1.33~4.55, 1.48~1.59, 1.08~1.55, 9.90~∞, 1.02~2.52. Conclusion Different units in the same area have different resistance status due to differences in drug use and frequency of use. Therefore, it is very important to understand the history of drug use by the unit under control.
