执行力成为目前商界、政界最流行的概念,其实质是当今又一个“概念营销”的成功案例。众所周知,《执行的学问》一书面世之后,各种各样关于执行或执行力的文章、讲座、期刊、论著、培训课程等等,满天纷飞,然后把企业发展的问题、政府公共管理等等一切问题,都归因于执行的问题。这种一元式归因思维模式,是容易将一个组织导入歧途的!本文对于执行力的内涵进行解剖,指出执行力=流程+技能+意愿的三合一观点,揭开了执行力神秘的面纱!尽管其提法的科学性仍需作进一步的商榷。
