一个由外商投资400万元、占地100多亩的冰雕艺术公园项目,近日遭到了山东某市的否决。自去年下半年至今,已先后有20个、总投资5亿多元的外资项目被该市拒之门外。据当地的一位招商负责人介绍,冰雕艺术公园项目被否决。是因为该项目占地多。单位面积投资少,“亩产量不高”,而且维护景观成本高,效益预期风险系数大。其它外资项目被拒绝的理由,则是因为经济拉动力小,存在污染等问题。
