企业集团已经成为现代经济发展中普遍存在的一个现象,企业的集团化发展也成为许多企业以及地方政府发展地方经济的构思和手段,企图利用一定的统一手段来优化资源的配置。如何构建现代集团企业的有效治理结构,如何建立对下属子公司和分公司的控制模式已经成为大家关注的焦点。集权抑或分权成为集团管理者的抉择。
Enterprise group has become a common phenomenon in the development of modern economy. The development of enterprise group has also become the concept and means of many local enterprises and local governments in developing their local economy. They attempt to optimize the allocation of resources by means of certain uniform measures. How to construct the effective governance structure of the modern group enterprises and how to establish the control mode of the affiliated subsidiaries and branches have become the focus of everybody's attention. Centralization or decentralization has become a group manager's choice.
