100例高血压患者进行 TCD 检查,结果表明,Ⅰ期高血压频谱形态、峰速大多正常,少数峰速增高。Ⅱ期频谱形态多有不同程度的异常改变,主要以轻、中度异常改变为主,峰速增高较多见。Ⅲ期 TCD 检查异常占93.6%以上,主要改变为中、重度频谱形态及峰速减低。因此,TCD 检查高血压患者的颅内血管,观察其血液动力学改变,对其早期预防、治疗,减少脑血管病的发生,降低死亡率和致残率都有着重要的意义。
100 cases of hypertensive patients TCD examination, the results show that the first phase of hypertension spectrum morphology, most of the normal peak speed, a few increased peak speed. There were many abnormal changes in the frequency spectrum of stage Ⅱ, mainly in the changes of light and moderate anomalies, and the increase of peak velocity was more common. Ⅲ TCD examination accounted for more than 93.6% of abnormalities, the main changes to medium and severe spectral patterns and reduce peak velocity. Therefore, TCD examination of intracranial blood vessels in hypertensive patients to observe its hemodynamic changes, its early prevention and treatment, reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular disease, reduce mortality and morbidity are of great significance.
