教学效果的提高关键在于提高课堂教学的有效性,而提高课堂教学的有效性离不开师生高效的沟通策略。教学活动是一种双边活动,这就决定了高效沟通对整个教学过程起关键性作用。在教学中高效的沟通,一方面能够迅速、有效地传达教学内容,促进对知识重点和难点的理解,另一方面能够增进师生感情,激发教学活动的创造性和艺术性。那么在初中化学课堂教学中如何做到高效沟通呢?结合多年教学经验,笔者认为有以下几种策略值得尝试。
